SPELLS

Heroes learn spells by visiting castles that have Mage Guilds. Level 1 and Level 2 Spells are automatically learned when the Hero visits the castle. In order to learn higher level spells, a Hero must possess the Wisdom skill.

Level 1 Spells
Magic ArrowCauses a bolt of magical energy to strike the selected unit (Power*10)
Protection From EarthProtects the selected unit, reducing the damage by 30% recieved from Earth spells
Protection From AirProtects the selected unit, reducing the damage by 30% recieved from Air spells
Protection From WaterProtects the selected unit, reducing the damage by 30% recieved from Water spells
Protection From FireProtects the selected unit, reducing the damage by 30% recieved from Fire spells
HasteIncreases the speed of the selected unit by 3
SlowReduces the speed of the selected unit by 3
Stone SkinIncreases the defense of the selected unit by 3
ShieldShields a selected unit, reducing the amount of damage by 15% from hand-to-hand attacks
BloodlustIncreases the hand-to-hand damage by 3
CurseCauses the unit to inflict minimum damage
BlessCauses the unit to inflict maximum damage
DispellRemoves all spell effect from the unit
CureRemoves all negative spells and restores a small amount of HPs (Power*5)
Level 2 Spells
Disrupting RayReduces the defense of the selected unit by 3. May be applied multiple times.
Lightning BoltCauses a bolt of lightning to strike the selected unit (Power*25)
PrecisionIncreases the ranged attack of the unit by 3
Air ShieldShields a selected unit, reducing the amount of damage by 25% from ranged attacks
VisionsGives a detailed info on the creature stack. Allows to determine, whether the stack is going to attack or join you.
BlindBlinds the unit, so it cannot move, and reduces it counterattack by half.
WeaknessReduces the unit's attack by 3
Death RippleSends a death ripple that damages all living creatures. (Power*5)
Cold RayDrains the body heat of the unit. (Power*20)
FortuneIncreases the unit's luck by 1
Summon SpritesAllows you to summon sprites (Power*5)
Level 3 Spells
Holy WordDamages all undead creatures. (Power*10)
EarthquakeRandomly damages two sections in the castle walls.
FireballHits the unit and the adjacent cells with a fireball. (Power*15)
MisfortuneReduces the luck of the selected unit by 1
Animate DeadRaises the killed undead units(Power*40)
MirthIncreases the unit's morale by 1
Cold RingDrains the body heat of any units adjacent tot the target location. (Power*10)
AntimagicProtects the unit from all 1 - 3 Level spells.
Level 4 Spells
CounterstrikeGives the unit one additional retaliation.
SorrowReduces the unit's morale by 1.
Meteor ShowerCauses a meteor shower to rain down on the target and all adjacent units.
FireblastCauses a huge blast of fire to damage the selected units. (Power*15)
PrayerBestows a bonus to the attack, strength, and speed of the selected unit by 2.
Level 5 Spells
ResurrectResurrects the unit (Power*40).
Air ElementalSummons Air Elementals (Power*3).
Fire ElementalSummons Fire Elementals (Power*3).
Earth ElementalSummons Earth Elementals (Power*3).
Water ElementalSummons Water Elementals (Power*3).
Town PortalTeleports the hero to the selected castle.
ImplosionInflicts massive damage to the unit (Power*70).
ArmageddonInflicts massive damage to ALL units (Power*40).
